Career Opportunity: Operational Support Staff

Behind every successful installation is an organized, efficient support team, and we’re looking for a  driven Operational Support Staff member to help keep our operations running smoothly.

This position is ideal for both experienced individuals and those eager to launch a career in operational logistics, field support, or inventory management. Full or part time position available

As an Operational Support Staff member, you'll play a hands-on role in supporting our technical teams by managing materials, staging project supplies, organizing inventory, and providing critical behind-the-scenes help. You’ll also assist with delivery runs, administrative tasks, and day-to-day support functions at our office and warehouse.

• Receive, inspect, and log material deliveries to ensure accuracy and quality

• Stage materials and tools for upcoming installations, including systems such as:
   
  • Structured Cabling
  • Video Surveillance
  • Access Control
  • Intrusion Detection
  • Paging & Intercom
  • Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS)
  • Sound Masking
     
• Monitor and manage inventory levels; conduct audits and coordinate restocking
• Deliver materials and equipment to job sites as needed to support field teams
• Assist with general office and facility upkeep, including organizing workspaces
• Support cross-functional coordination with installation, sales, and administrative teams
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and tasks using tracking software
• Follow company safety policies and protocols in all activities
   

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Willingness to work flexible hours and assist with various support tasks
• Ability to lift and handle materials and tools
• Proactive mindset and strong communication skills
   

Preferred:

• Experience in logistics, warehouse, inventory, or field support
• Familiarity with low-voltage technologies or project staging
• Proficiency with basic inventory software (Excel, warehouse tools, etc.)
• Experience supporting technicians or installation teams in a technical industry
